Privacy Policy

This policy explains what P360 Batch Exporter processes, what stays in your browser, and what limited data App Report Kit uses to operate accounts and billing.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the P360 Batch Exporter browser extension, App Report Kit account and billing pages, and this website (together, the “Service”). It does not apply to AppsFlyer or other third-party services you access. P360 Batch Exporter is independent and is not affiliated with AppsFlyer.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the Service, we process:

  • Account data: your email address, authentication codes and tokens, account status, trial dates, and language preference.
  • Device data: a generated device identifier, browser and operating-system labels, sign-in timestamps, and last-used time for device-limit management.
  • Billing data: plan, entitlement status, billing period, payment-provider customer or transaction identifiers, and subscription status. We do not store full card or bank credentials.
  • Support data: messages and details you choose to send us.
  • Basic website data: technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address and user agent, as handled by our hosting providers.

3. Raw report processing stays local

Raw AppsFlyer CSV and Excel contents are processed in your browser. We do not intentionally transmit those report contents to App Report Kit account or billing servers.

The extension interacts with pages available in your authenticated AppsFlyer browser session to create and download reports you request. AppsFlyer separately processes data under its own terms and privacy notices.

4. How we use data

  • Provide passwordless email sign-in and a 7-day trial.
  • Enforce device limits, verify paid access, and let you manage signed-in devices.
  • Process and reconcile purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Send essential account, security, and billing messages.
  • Protect the Service, investigate abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information or use raw report contents for advertising.

5. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • We use extension data only to provide and improve the single-purpose batch export workflow, account access, licensing, security, and user-requested support.
  • We do not sell extension data, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
  • Humans do not read raw report contents except with your affirmative consent for support, when necessary for security or abuse investigation, or when required by law.
  • Raw report contents remain in your browser and are not sent to App Report Kit account or billing servers.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We may share limited information with vendors that help us operate the Service, including hosting and infrastructure providers, transactional email services, and payment processors or merchants of record. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Service, or in connection with a business transfer.

7. Retention

We retain account, device, and entitlement records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Authentication codes expire quickly. Payment providers retain payment records under their own policies and legal duties.

8. Your choices and rights

You can remove devices through Billing Center, sign out of the extension, and request access, correction, deletion, or export of eligible personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or legal obligations. Rights vary by location.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including limited data collection, access controls, and encrypted network transport. No system is completely secure. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age required by applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required by law.
