1. 7-day free trial
Eligible users can evaluate the complete product during a 7-day free trial before purchasing. You are responsible for confirming that the Service is suitable for your browser, AppsFlyer access, reporting workflow, and intended use during the trial.
2. All payments are final
The 7-day trial is provided so that you can evaluate the Service before paying. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, a change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to cancel before renewal, partial use, device inactivity, or a decision to stop using the Service.
This rule does not limit refunds, cancellation rights, price reductions, or other remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
3. Subscription renewals
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. Renewal payments are also final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or binding payment-provider rules. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want the next billing period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription through Billing Center or the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund is approved, access continues through the current paid period and the already-paid period is not shortened.
Lifetime purchases do not renew and therefore do not require cancellation.
5. Duplicate, unauthorized, defective, or legally refundable transactions
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge, an amount different from checkout, or a transaction you do not recognize. We will investigate with the payment provider. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge and may be released automatically by your bank.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory withdrawal right, refund right, remedy for defective digital services, or another non-waivable protection, we will honor it. A payment provider may also reverse or refund a payment under rules that bind us. We do not refund currency-conversion differences, bank charges, or provider fees that we did not collect unless required by law.
6. How to report a billing issue
Email support@appreportkit.com from the email used for your P360 Batch Exporter account. Include:
- Your account email.
- The plan and approximate purchase date.
- The transaction or subscription identifier, if available.
- A short explanation of the duplicate, unauthorized, defective, or legally refundable transaction.
Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or authentication codes.
7. Review and processing time
We aim to respond to complete billing-issue reports within 5 business days. If a refund is legally required or approved under binding provider rules, it will be returned to the original payment method. The provider or bank may need additional time to display the credit.
8. Payment-provider and legal rules
Transactions may also be subject to the payment provider’s buyer-protection, dispute, cancellation, and refund rules. Mandatory local law and binding provider decisions take priority over any conflicting part of this policy.
9. Policy changes
Changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown above. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase unless a later policy is more favorable or law requires otherwise.
