1. Agreement
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and business use
You must be legally capable of entering a contract and meet the minimum age required in your location. The Service is designed for professional and business reporting workflows.
3. Limited license
Subject to these terms and your active trial or paid entitlement, App Report Kit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use P360 Batch Exporter for your internal business purposes on the number of devices allowed by your plan.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls, interfere with security, or use the Service to build a competing product except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
4. Accounts and devices
You are responsible for access to your email account, the security of your signed-in devices, and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Device limits apply to each plan; removing a device signs it out and may free a device slot.
5. Trial, plans, and billing
Eligible new accounts receive a 7-day trial. Trial availability may be limited to one trial per person, organization, email, device, or payment method. Continued use after the trial requires paid access.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not expire, subject to these terms and the continued availability of the Service. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, conversion charges, and provider fees may apply.
Because the Service is available for evaluation during the free trial, all payments are final and non-refundable except where applicable law or binding payment-provider rules require otherwise. You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals; cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must have permission to access every advertiser account, app, report, and page used with the Service. You may not use the Service to:
- Violate law, contract, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules.
- Access data or systems without authorization.
- Introduce malware, overload services, evade technical limits, or disrupt other users.
- Share, resell, or commercially distribute account access unless we authorize it in writing.
7. Third-party services
The Service interoperates with third-party products, including AppsFlyer and payment providers. Your use of those products is governed by their terms. We do not control their availability, interfaces, policies, or data practices. P360 Batch Exporter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AppsFlyer.
8. Ownership and feedback
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, branding, software, and documentation. You retain rights in your data and exported reports. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party change, or that exports will always complete without error. You are responsible for reviewing exported files and maintaining appropriate backups and controls.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Report Kit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.
12. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify App Report Kit against claims and costs arising from your unlawful use, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
13. Changes and service updates
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Material changes will receive reasonable notice when required. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing rules
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of App Report Kit is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s registered location will hear disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.
